This 80 year old hotel located in downtown Seattle has the unique challenge of needing a modern clean design, while maintaining it’s historical charm and relevance. Kaptiv8 mimicked the original wallpaper design in the hotel for the site background, and paired large photos with a clean and modern layout to strike the balance.
